He didn't post the best numbers in Beloit after his promotion.
But if he posts another season of >8 K/9 and <2 BB/9 while continuing to limit base runners and runs…it’ll be hard to ignore him.

I'd probably argue that Hicks is a level to high at this point.

Yeah.
All those tools are still pretty raw for a guy who’ll be entering his fifth year in the system. I know scouts still like him and that even as his tools aren’t developing he’s still doing some things pretty well, but tier 2 might be his ceiling at this point.
